Wordless Wednesday: A Road Trip

Wednesday, October 20, 2010

Our road trip began by heading through the mountains and heading all the way to the coast, 11 hours. We had 3 women and 2 dogs so pit stops were often. I've decided this post will be minimal words and mostly photos. I hope you enjoy.

Our first sunrise.

Poor fisherman had a hard time with these birds.

I loved the sea jewels left each morning, low tide was @ 9am everyday.

Dolphins at sun rise.

More treasures.

First sunset.

These little birds fascinate me.

I can still hear this sound.

Little guy was lonely.

Sun rise.

Breakfast.

Beach patrol. Fragile Mouse.

Sea Oats at Sun Set.

Waves at sun set.

Sea oats at Sun rise. Last Day.

Our drive home through the mountains.

I'm still trying to get back on schedule and hopefully tomorrow things will get back to normal. I hope everyone is still here. By the way the trip has screwed up my "O" so if you see one missing blame it on the beach.

Peace my children...

Gorgeous photos! And a trip with a couple of girlfriends... how cool is that? :D Good for you!!!

PS It's a good thing I took your advice and laid off on the blogging and other stuff for a bit so I wouldn't get the flu like you did. Unfortunately... I still got the flu (and a couple of cold scores)! ha ha! I'm still not back to 100% yet... but I plan to teach a friend to backward rollerblade today; wish me luck! :D

So pretty! I'm quite jealous!

By the way-- I have no idea why my blog doesn't load. I've heard this from other people and have trie to fix it but can't seem to. I'm not sure what the problem is. Thanks for stopping over anyway, Jules :-)
