Calling All Followers

Yes, you; pick up the phone. We need to talk. I have a few short items to tell you and I need to your help. Both are worthy of reading on.

Yesterday I was absent because of a virus attack. No, it was not the flu type but rather the cyber type. I was sitting here minding my own business when out from behind the World Wide Web I was attacked. Guess what?

I slammed the door on them! I cannot stress enough the importance of TOTAL internet security and not just virus software. Though while protecting me, both my internet browsers were quarantined; I had been defended and thus my missing your posts yesterday.

Any who… I do not want to remind you of the A to Z challenge, everyone is doing that. Unless you live under a rock, you are already looking for clues to solve the Whodunnit. Neither is what I need your help with.

Last week I read several posts about blog love and uh oh, my light bulb went off, I had an idea.

We all love our followers and commenters, and we try to tell them so. We pass awards, ask silly questions and then require them to link for hours sending the gratitude on its way. This was when my idea hit.

I remember grade school and Valentine’s Day. Shopping for the coolest Valentine to hand out to all my classmates and collecting them, don’t you? This is the help part, you in?

I’d like to offer up this little Valentine button to you. No linking required, I just want to give it to you and in turn you offer it to your followers. Think of it as sort of my one-way cyber valentine. Pass the Love 2011, lets make it happen. Not required but if you happen to mention me, that is cool.

It merely is my way of saying thank you. I totally appreciate you, would not be here without you and will you be my Valentine? This is the ONE true time it is expected of you to TAKE the award.

I would like to see my little valentine pop up all over blog world. So can you help, will you help and don’t you want to give a valentine to your followers? Here it is.
