Just So You Know

Friday, November 4, 2011

Another Friday to check off, another month has passed and another weekend is upon us, got plans? Want Plans?

Plans are subjective; let’s see what I accomplished this week. Did I accomplish anything? I did, but just so you know…

Just so you know… I attended my first Kentucky Wildcat game Wednesday night. The big school played the small school and it was not pretty.

Just so you know… when I’m not here, I’m there. Way over there.

Just so you know… Mary at Giggles and Guns informed me I need to get out and talk more to real people. Okay Mary I tried, I got the bill yesterday.

Just so you know… I was appalled to learn that ordering something from within a Sears store gets shipped via Amazon. Talk about getting too big and the reason I did not complain… my item was “Made in America.”

Just so you know… my mother and I decided instead of talking cars which inform you to, “stay in your lane,” we want a  bit more forceful version. Like, “hey moron, turn signal. She can’t read your mind” or “ the horn has been disabled, you knew what time it was and tooting at her is not an option.”

Just so you know… time turns back this weekend. Great, now I’ll be in the dark for a reason. Explain to me again how this helps the going-out-business farmers? Do chickens even have clocks?

Just so you know… the Oreck man filed a sexual harassment claim against me. I filed back, “the truth hurts.”

Just so you know… I tried to help 2 women find sheet music for their grandson. Both of us browsing guitar tab books and I pointed out why some were better than others. Looking me square in the eye one replied, “Oh I see, he plays the banjo.” I moved on.

Just so you know… I’m attending my 3rd ever estate sale this weekend, I’m getting addicted. Something about watching be people try to hid their glee over trinkets brings me amusement. But my mother informed me this might be how I brought my ghost home. “You know they attach themselves to objects?” she said most sincere. “Hum…” I replied.

So yes, I’m still going but now I have a mission. Since I feel my ghost is male, I’m determined to find him a mate this weekend. My new website, should this work out… Ghost-match.com!

Happy Weekend every one and do get out and have one!

That's so weird about the shipping via Amazon. I swear, Amazon is taking over the world.

I'm still going to write about Oreck!

Just so you know, I plan on doing NOTHING this weekend. I'm exhausted, nasty cold, feeling weak and vulnerable. So you DO IT, DO IT AND DO IT, for me. And promise to write about it. Your writing makes me feel like I'm either doing it, or right there with me.

Ha ha ha, for the sake of your ghost I hope you find him a good match. Love the car idea, someone needs to make one like that for sure.

Thanks for the laughs, and enjoy the weekend! :)

How about cars that say "Hey moron, turn off your turn signal. You're going around the world to the left!"

You should have brought home a girl ghost. Maybe then you could have fixed her up with Oreck.

Does U.S.A. stand for United States of Amazon? I guess it will someday. I hope Amazon stops changing the time when they take over.

LOL you are hilarious, Jules!!! BTW I believe in Ghost, attachment to objects and think you have something here. Just look at all the dating sights for every type of person... alive or not so alive; so you better file your business model asap. At least write a book about it!!!! :-)

I like Amazon, but had no idea they were taking over Sears... does that mean Kmart products will get better or cheaper. Hummm...

Your post are the Best! Have a beautiful weekend, Jules!!

You made me laugh so many times. I hope you had a good extra hour's rest. Walking home in the dark today at 5 and suddenly this extra hour of sleep didn't seem worth it.

And it's just going to get dark earlier each night...

Very funny! Have to admit I'd like to punch that Oreck guy. Love college basketball. MSU Spartans are my team.

LOL! I'm still trying to shake the dark from my head! I so don't like this fall back stuff.

I'm a huge fan of estate sales, too. It is said that you bring home only the good ghosts. So, no worries! ;)

I had no idea amazon shipped their stuff. Maybe Amazon will take over the government next. That wouldn't be good, but at least we'd have a better economy.
